Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Postage and shipping will be added to orders.  Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post’s flat rate boxes.  A single bag order anywhere in Canada ships for $20.  In most cases two bags will fit into this flat rate box.  Multiple bag orders are accommodated in larger flat rate boxes.  For additional shipping cost information on purchases email info@retote.ca. 

Shipping costs for international orders can be determined in advance by emailing info@retote.ca for further information.  

Return Policy

Re/TOTE bags are made from repurposed materials and may have fading, marks, or colour variations, incorporated into the design.  These elements add character and interest to Re/TOTE’s unique style.  Should you need additional images or information before you make a purchase, contact us at info@retote.ca.  

Re/TOTE does not accept returns and all sales are final.  However, should your purchase be defective when you receive it, or it is the incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at info@retote.ca.  We will make it right.
